[2021/06/01] 日記:需要搶救的自律
雖然藉由鍛鍊意志力的持續運動 (每天最少死蟲10組各五次,40 x 10 x 5 = 2000下),體重看似得到了有效的控制,但無論是生活作息還是吃喝覓食,整個人開始有失控的跡象,下個月的信用卡帳單應該會非常的精彩。總之,從現在開始,回到標準作息,回到半年前的初衷,早上8:00前就進入全速運轉狀態。
